In this new world, we’re doing our best to meet our clients where they’re at. For some, that means utilizing technology and the virtual meeting space. For others, that means gathering in person. To err on the side of caution, and remain in compliance with CDC and state guidelines, we’ve taken a few precautions.
- The day before every in-person meeting, we ask our clients to complete a brief, 3-question survey via the reminder e-mail you receive from our scheduling software. If you’ve been to your dentist or hairdresser in the last couple of months, you’ll be familiar with these questions. They’re around symptoms, contact with anyone suffering from COVID-19, and out of state travel.
- Before a meeting, we thoroughly sanitize all surfaces, including pens, disposable water bottles, and chairs with disinfecting wipes.
- Everyone in our office will be wearing a mask to greet you and we will have disposable masks available to you if you forgot yours.
- During your meeting, we’ll sit between a plexiglass divider with the window open.
Our staff continues to serve ‘on rotation’ at the office to minimize the chances of shared germs. Each team member has the seamless ability to work remotely, and continues to do so when it makes sense.
We look forward to the day when we can again welcome you with a hot cup of coffee and a smile that isn’t covered by a mask. For now, we appreciate your understanding as we do our best to stay safe.
